Mythic Picks respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your account and the information tied to it.
1. Delete your account in the app (fastest)
You can delete your own account directly from inside Mythic Picks — no email needed:
- open Settings → Account → Delete Account;
- confirm by typing DELETE and re-signing in to verify it's you;
- your account and data are then permanently removed.
Deletion is immediate and permanent: your card collection, decks, Arena history, Solo and Trending Pick progress, daily quests, in-game currency, and other virtual items cannot be recovered.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email mythicpicks@gmail.com and include:
- the email address associated with your account;
- your Mythic Picks username (if available);
- a statement requesting account deletion.
We verify your identity before deleting, then process the request.
3. What data will be deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- your account and authentication credentials;
- your username, display name, profile photo, and bio;
- your card collection, decks, and virtual items;
- your Arena, Solo, Trending Pick, and Tutorial activity tied to your account;
- your in-game currency, rewards, daily-quest progress, and Chest history;
- your preferences and settings.
After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account.
4. Data that may be retained
Some limited data may be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons, including:
- security and moderation logs
- fraud-prevention records
- aggregated gameplay statistics that do not identify individual users
Any retained information will be kept minimal and will not be used to identify you personally.
5. Processing time
In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically processed within 7–14 days, and we may contact you to verify your identity first.
6. Re-registering & data requests
After your account is deleted, you may create a new account using the same email address if you choose, but previous gameplay data will not be recoverable. To request a copy of your data instead of deleting it, use About → Privacy Requests in the app or email us.
